Cancellation

You can cancel a recurring plan from Billing. Your plan remains active until the end of the current paid period and will not renew.

Refunds

[Insert refund window, e.g. within N days of first purchase if no optimization work has been published.] Approved refunds are processed through Razorpay to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary.

Failed or duplicate payments

If you were charged but your order shows as unpaid, contact support with your Razorpay payment ID. Duplicate captures are refunded.
