Refund policy

Before work starts
If you change your mind before giving us Manager access, contact us within 7 days of payment for a full refund.
After work starts
Once optimisation has begun, the current period is non-refundable because the work and full report have been delivered. You can choose not to renew.
Failed or duplicate payments
Amounts debited for failed or duplicate transactions are refunded to the original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days by Razorpay. Share the payment ID through the contact page.
